Activate the code inside a battle. I can set a "press key" activate via edizon but it doesn't get saved so I don't know the code to enable the cheat via a key press. So you will have to enable and disable whenever out of battle.

Just so you know you need more than 100 million points of exp for max level

Question: Are the lvl99 cheats actually max exp cheats that need battles to lvl up, or do they instantly make the monsters lvl99 without battles (this one may cause stats to not change at all. its happened to some games in the past)?

The EXP catches up when you reach Level 100.
That's why i made it Level 99, if i made it 100 the EXP & Stats would be stuck at your current Level.

Would it be possible to create a 30fps cheat? I've been looking around for a cheat that forces the game to cap at 30fps but no luck. This game's performance is super distracting to jump from low 20's to low 50's all the time. I'd rather keep it at 30 majority of the time with overclocking.

So I tried your 1.03 cheats and for the most part they work except for the monster 1 cheats. Is there anyway to get it to work?

Normal Speed (x1) = L + Dpad UP
SlowMo Speed (x0.5) = L + Dpad LEFT
Faster Speed (x2) = L + Dpad RIGHT

For the 60fps will I need to overclock? I've never used fps cheats so I'm not familiar with them.
