Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find an answer so please delete this thread if I am breaking any rules.

Anyway, I was looking for the cheapest and most reliable Gateway reseller that ships worldwide, namely to New Zealand. I usually get my flashcarts from nds-card.com, but they sell the Gateway for $80 and I was looking for somewhere cheaper. Also I want a place that is reliable and doesn't sell Gateway fakes, as some of the links I've found aren't listed on the official Gateway resellers list. So if anyone could link me to a cheap, reliable Gateway reseller I would greatly appreciate it, thanks. :)

Have you given ShopTemp a look? Every shop on there should be reliable, especially the verified ones. But the fact is that the Gateway is very pricey. The further away you get from the $80 price tag, the harder you'll find it is to get one. I live in the USA, and I bought mine from ModchipCentral. They only ship to the USA and Canada, but it still cost me $70 plus shipping. It's an expensive card. If you really want one, you'll just have to own up and shell out the money for it. If I had to guess, New Zealand isn't a more common location to ship to, and that may be where that extra $10 is coming from. No matter what you do, even if the price is appealing to you, I personally recommend you don't waste your time with a Chinese seller, as in my experience they are never very trustable.

Well everyone mentions the website eachmall, which isn't listed on the official Gateway reseller list. I've looked there and I feel that it is a good price, but do you know if they are selling official Gateways?

Please don't use eachmall, they'll ask personal information from you (like passport scans etc., which is very shady). See my and other comments from this thread

Pay the extra 10-20€ to save yourself the hassle...

That only happens if you use tenpay for your card payment, I ordered from them on Wednesday using the other option and it shipped Thursday without issue.

so you are getting them for £25 delivered too your door, even though you will get taxed on it ;D

38 and won't have to pay anything as these China sellers always mark the shipment as low value for customs. I haven't seen any UK sellers listing for much below £60.

I wonder if that was the point of game streaming

    But it's a dead end

@Psionic Roshambo, people who cant download it can still play the game

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.
