Cheap HDMI capture cards? Help?

I'd like some recommendations on which cheap capture cards to buy. I know that the AGPTek one is one of the cheapest, but I'm still going to ask. Thanks for the help

The agptek one that I found doesn't support streaming so that's really the only disadvantage I could find otherwise it looks good for hd recording
