Hacking Cant get R4i v1.4.3 card to work

I have an R4i v1.4.3 card and I get the "miami nights icon" coming up and then I get the menu ? error !!!

Purchased from R4iShopper website

The firmware on the DSi is 1.4E

Any ideas ??? I've tried all the usual things :-(

What is the website printed on the sticker? If it's r4ids.cn, go to this page:
http://www.r4ids.cn/r4i-download-e.html
and select the appropriate download for your card from the "Upgrade Firmware Area".
