It would run in GBA mode with the GBA parts of the GBA/SP, so it wouldn't be compatible with GB/C.

Use Goomba or Goomba Color. GBA flash carts can not be used in GB/C mode on a GBA w/o a bridge... Which are even more rare today than proper GBA flash carts.

Even then, not every flashcart support GB bridge.
