i want to put tiansheng in my new leaf game if i can, but the only guide i've found for customizing villagers is for ROMs. is there a way i could access and edit the same files as a rom would give me (like the .bcres for villagers), but with CFW? for reference, i use Luma and i have Checkpoint as a save editor if that offers any help 
small edit: i HAVE found a tutorial that works with CFW, but its only for ACNL:WA - which i have, but it's the update version on my original new leaf cartridge. this apparently doesn't work, and it has to be a new WA cartridge/digital copy. so before you recommend that method if you knew of it, i cannot do it !
