Can i use with CFW online Services with Firmware 11.0.0-33E (without a Update)

Hi. I wanted to know if there is any way to use online services on an Old 3DS without updates, currently I'm on version 11.0.0-33E. And somehow I hate updates. So isn't there anything to be able to eshop with this version or link Nintendo Network ID without updates. I have CFW.

Please just update your homebrew and then OFW, there’s literally no benefits to staying on outdated software.
