Hacking Can I use a Pre-Paid Visa card to buy and R4?

Anything that accepts Visa (besides an ATM) will accept a prepaid Visa. I used to use prepaid cards to get flash carts.

Just be aware that not all prepaid visa cards let you make online purchases.

I ordered that exact R4 from nds-card.com last month. It came in about 2 weeks, no problems.
