Hacking Can I restore my saves after updating to 2.0?

Hi, sorry if this has been answered before but I've looked and decided to create a topic. I backed up my SD card full of saves, some eshop/dsiware/etc as directed before backing up my nand. Since the SD didn't have a gig free, I decided to back up the nand to a larger card instead. I then formatted the new SD emunand, then copied my old SD backup files to the new SD. Everything copied over fine, but the game (Monster Hunter 3) won't read my save, Nintendo Video isn't showing, ambassador titles aren't showing, etc. Am I out of luck, or can these be recovered ? Sorry if there is an obvious answer.

I had a similar problem with Mario and Luigi Dream Team...my other games worked fine except this one, for some reason the save did not load and I lost 20 hours progress.
