Gaming Can I make Custom Passwords for Pokémon Rumble World or if so, there will be a tool to do that?

I want to have Magnezone in my 3DS game, Pokémon Rumble World, but I need a tool to make Custom Passwords for Pokémon Rumble World.

But, will there be any risk to banning my console?

Will there be such a tool to do that and create it?

Very tempted to make a cheat that flags your system or something just for you specifically, but too lazy... Just catch the Magnezone, not that hard really, got tons of them or at least did when I still played RW. If you are too lazy to do so, just use the blank plugin, find the value of any Pokemon you have at the pointer that decides species, then alter that to Magnezone's pointer, simple, that will replace said Pokemon slot with Magnezone but it's more work than catching one normally.
