Bricked 3ds while downgrading from 11.15 to 11.14

I'm an idiot!
I tried to downgrade my 3ds from 11.15 to 11.14 to use ntr cheats, and i bricked it!
I can't access to the update screen while booting 3ds (Probably because of my R button that doesn't work very well), but i still can access to gm9!
Is there a way to format a 3ds with gm9?
(P.S. i don't have a nand backup)

Yep a crt transfer will fix this issue you will then have to run fake tik to make all your games reappear.
