Ok that was *barely* click bait, the glitch itself has been discovered but I have not seen it in this specific area anyway, it's a place in Faron where the water is rendered but not really there. It functions just like dry land that's always "wet" (you can't light fires. Here's the video if you want to check it out, I apologise for the crappy quality, it took me fifteen minutes to get something acceptable set up but that's all I could get.
