You have to hit shift+right click and hit "open command window here" I had the same issue until someone helped me out with it.I can't seem to open ctrtool. What it does is that I open the program, it opens for not even a second and closes on me. What should I do?

ctrtool --intype=romfs --romfsdir=romfs romfs.bin
ctrtool -p --romfs=romfs.bin software.cxi
If you are trying to extract RomFS file to folder use this:
Code:ctrtool --intype=romfs --romfsdir=romfs romfs.bin
