Hacking Bought R4 SDHD card second hand and I cant find software

First time posting, I bought an R4 card today for my DS Lite from a second hand store and I cant find the software for it, nothing else came with it just the card, almost certain its a clone. It is stuck on loading whenever i try anything. Pictures below, any help is appreciated. (Tell me if i should go back and demand a refund)
