Hardware Bluetooth keeps on corrupting

Bluetooth keeps on corrupting. I change it every month. Blackscreen, wont turn on with wiimote. I fix it by changing bt. What's the cause of this? How can I prevent it from happening? Or maybe how can I extend the lifespan of my bluetooth?

Are you using original nintendo ac adapter? Have you made sure your Wii motherboard is not grounded? Have your tried using an AVR?

yes its an original ac adapter. I don't think its grounded. I'm not using AVR.
