Hardware battery and charging problem

HI

i brought a used psp and find some problem on it :

1. i check the battery using the psp tool full capacity is 1240 mah not 1200mah is this fake or original?
2. the orange light doesnt turn off when full charged, i try restore default setting,calibrate the battery and format the memory stick but still got this issue
i try to charge it with the cfw uninstalled(ofw) but still got this issue too
3. does charging for long time will broke the ic power? i heard it can broke the ic power and it quite expensive for service it

the psp is manufactured on 2010, i check it on the charger and the battery code, and it has't been used for 1 year

the psp is 3006 blue mobo 04G using 6.35 pro B10.

please help, thank you

Batteries can get bad when they sit for long periods of time with no activity. Maybe it just got old.

If I were you I'd just pick up a replacement battery. No need to get it repaired, they cost less than $10 (but I'm not sure how much in Indonesia) :unsure:

All batteries die eventually, no matter how you treat them.

If by ic power you mean the AC adapter or something like that(I don't say this to criticize, just clarify, I'm sure there's a language barrier here based on your location flag), no, charging for a long time shouldn't affect that. That's not to say it might not break somehow from some other cause, but just charging shouldn't do that.
