I think you can do backups of O3DS cartridges, but I'm not 100% sure about - ̗̀new ̖́- 3DS exclusives.

but could do with vercion 9.2 and seen that handles 4. *?

Not 100% sure what you're trying to say, but yeah, I'm pretty sure you can do it on 9.2.

I'm in version 9.2 with ninjhax and I have but the .3ds files and saw that occupy one exploid profile nintendo ds to change .3ds to .cia.
if you could help me on that to know how I can change the format in that vercion 9.2
