My Wii U is set to autoboot to Aroma. It works fine for months but then, today it hangs on the Wii U menu screen. My system boots perfectly fine with Tiramisu…. What should I do?

Check the SD card for corruption.
Some homebrew corrupts SD cards

How can i know if they are the latest versions?

You can try redownloading Aroma, and then remaking the environment folder if it still doesn't work.
