Are we allowed to say the name of ROM sites?

Are we allowed to say the name of ROM/Warez sites? I don't see any legal reason why not (but I'm not a lawyer or anything). Someone can just take the name and Google it, then it's Google's problem, not GBAtemp's.

Maybe a mod or admin could give their opinion?

I've seen people do it on here before but for the sake of the site I don't think they should because then a bunch of noobs go and google it and talk about it and then the site gets known about and soon will be seen by the eyes of people who will shut it down.

Sinkhead, there are no rules stating you can't "say" the name, which implies you are using your voice. Just don't "post" it on the forums.
