Are there any hacks that make Majora's Mask closer to its 3DS counterpart?

I know there are hacks that make MM3D closer to its N64 counterpart by removing new features or restoring old ones, but are there hacks that go the opposite way around? I would love to see a MM64 hack that adds the best changes from MM3D (and skips the bad changes, of course).
