So, here it is. Anyone here play music for a living? big time, small fry, either one. I was thinking of getting back into the music scene, my old band was infamous in the underground of a nearby town for being "that band with the mystical sound that turned down four record deals" simply put; we didn't wanna be some "big band" on the road all the time. now though.... I wanna do it, to a degree. so my questions here for anyone who plays music for a living is thus: "what is your experience with being a musician? what genres do you play? how are the crowds?" that kind of thing. I personally can't stand being in front of a small crowd. any less than 70-80 people, I get nervous. got no problem with crowds of 300+ though, I've been there and done that.
