I would go ahead and say 99%of the people.the other 1%hasnt found out yet
No clue why you would just comment to flame. It's not helpful and is very spammy.
I haven't been banned. I've played online a whole bunch on emuNAND with 0 issues whatsoever. :)
EDIT: I had my setup backwards. It's emuNAND I keep my bannable stuff on. sysNAND OFW through the SX boot menu hasn't got me banned.

I have heard of a few people getting banned for going online with nsp in emunand. But, yeah, that's kinda obvious to not do.

Personally I have been using sysnand online since SXOS released emunand and have not been banned.

If you play online with retail game + no homebrew or nsp with sysnand and stay offline with emunand + nsp or xci it should be good :)

Whatt!!! You are using emunand online big flag there ,I think emunand is for offline usage but probably you already have another switch

Yeah it seems like they are taking a break from banning as I've heard multiple reports of this, but rest assured you are on their list ;)
it is safe to update sysnand to 7.0 for online play when i have emunand 6.2? or better still waiting?
Completely safe. In theory sysNAND and emuNAND are fully separated so it's like having two consoles, one should never affect the other (besides using the same keys and cert of course - if one gets banned the other will too)
The exception is the cartridge slot since it has its own firmware which is not redirected/emulated.

So it's possible to update the SysNAND to the latest version, keep EmuNAND offline and play online on the SysNAND? :O
Daaam i've been missing a lot of stuff the last time i was here :O

Is SX OS still the only CFW to install EmuNAND? :)
If yes, i will the Pro version tomorrow :)

Yes but FIRST create emunand on 6.2 then update to latest version, if you like the waiting game atmos the free cfw will have it in a couple of months....years?

Same, I've been avoiding CFW since I figured I wasn't safe at all. This is good news.

How can i switch between emunand and sysnand?
If you start the switch normally (no jig, no cable connected to a phone/computer or no dongle) then you go into sysnand.
If you start the switch and go into rcm (with a jig) and then push the sxos payload (with a cable connected to a phone/computer or the dongle) and you have emunand enabled then you go into emunand.

Sorry, just realized I had my setup backwards lol. I use emuNAND for all my offline bannable shit. Then go to sysNAND OFW for online. I apologize for getting that mixed up.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
