Homebrew Any hope for Dsi's with no DsiWare?

Sorry if this is a noob question but is there any hope for my Dsi on 1.4.5E which does not have any DsiWare installed? I am okay with hardmodding it but I have no way of getting the ConsoleID, I do have a Raspberry PI model 1 so the CID is no problem.

That is for the CID I can do that with my Raspberry Pi.

Sorry I replied before the edit, since I don't have any DsiWare I also don't have the browser. And as far as I know there indeed isn't one.

Since I don't have Flipnote Studio or the browser thats of no use to me.

If you have your CID, you might one day be able to bruteforce your Console ID. Then, with a hardmod, you can decrypt a NAND backup and install a DSiWare that way. Of course, the bruteforcing might take a while.

Are there any programs for that? I could try to write my own but my skills in programming aren't to good.

As far as I know the models before the Dsi XL came with nothing preloaded and after Dsi XL came with the Browser, Flipnote studio, and other apps.
