There is nothing to discuss. If you want to avoid bans, wait for Atmosphere's emuNAND solution prior to hacking your Switch. If you are banned, that is forever and there will not be a bypass or anything of the sort.

eh. I know of a server dedicated to banning stuff, but there’s very rarely any activity and I think it’s being kept private now (?)
The only logical explanation for why it would appear to be expired is that you were banned.
