Any 3DS flashcarts (that play 3DS games) that work on a fully updated 3DS?

I tried looking through the stickied topics, but I couldn't find anything, or at least, nothing recent.

Nope 4.x only
Stickies will only be updated if there is any new progress no point updating every week to say "nothing has changed"

Well, no. But just bring up the date, that shows that currently, this is still the case. Not just update when something new comes out.
