Anime Avatar Maker

I just made a simple anime face using MS Paint. It is my first attempt.

I decided I am going to make an anime avatar maker. It will be for PC.
What do you think of this?

Nah, in anime it' completely normal for a person's eyes to go past the boundaries of the face.

I get the feeling that this might not turn out as nice as that one loli anime character creator, which is pretty open to addons anyways, except for the fact that all of the default are semi-chibi style and not at all fit for anything super serious.
