If a 9.5.0-23U Old 3DS has Ambassador games and an NNID, is there a way to get those onto a 3DS of an older firmware? I know that you can transfer onto an EmuNAND 9.5.0-23U, but the problem is that NNID.
What would happen if I formatted the 9.5.0-23U SysNAND? Will the eShop allow me to download the Ambassador games again, or have those games been moved to the NNID instead of the console?
NOTE: I am well aware that AGB_FIRM does not run on Gatewait's EmuNAND. I have plans for dealing with that problem.
