Misc Am I banned :'D [PKmon ultra sun]

I keep getting the error code (001-0502) that says, "Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later" when trying to wonder trade, battle etc.
My friends list also says I'm offline but it says I'm connected to my internet in game, and I can access the nintendo e-shop.

Like I've tried all the "fixes" for this error code and now I'm thinking I'm actually banned...
But wouldn't they tell you you've been banned instead of a generic code?

(I do use powersave and have been trading bad pokemon ;p)

Also do bans lift or nah?

error code 001-0502 references that the 3ds could not connect to the server. A Banned system would say that the unit is restricted from online services. I don't think it's a ban code.

I get this error every once in a while and a router power cycle always clears it.

Yeah, I'm able to access my friends list again, and that error has not come back.
