Accessing the SD Card in Unity

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

Hello so i am Demaking Garry's Mod for the 3DS and i wanna make a custom Plugin Loader but I dont know how to Access the SD Card.
