Hacking 3ds xl gateway and parental lock problem

my sons 3ds xl running 2.2 gateway wont run games, unless I put in the parent code, from other regions if any of the parental locks are on. I thought turning off the age restriction would fix it but it didn't. im not running emunand.

Happens to me too, though I'm not too bothered by it

Just remove parental lock entirely if you want it gone
