Hacking 3ds stuck in loading screen

I recently brought back to life a 3ds that can not connect internet installing the FBI all games work fine except Persona q2 , this when you open it stays frozen on the loading screen of 3DS anyone know how to fix it?

Redownload the game (cia file) and reinstall it again. It was probably corrupt.

a while ago I tried it with a Cia from another site and it didn't work either, thanks for the answer.
