Hello, I've been trying to join this chat as well for help since my EmuNAND9 will not load on a freshly downgraded 9.2 N3DS. The IRC chat keeps giving me loading errors and refuses to connect to the chat if it does load (which only happened once).

Keep trying and you will join eventually.

Was doing unlock my new 3ds(USA) FW 9.8 by plailect tutorial, I came in part 3 sectionIV, after make the installation of arm9loaderhax. Start New 3ds without pressing the button select, appears luma setup screen configuration. Set up according to the tutorial and the screen lock. The turn off the New 3ds and start holding the start button só that screen is black. What will happen?
