Hacking 3ds Guide Q

I picked up a new new 3DS XL with 11.2. I've follows the steps, but step 7 doesn't show the folder. I'm going to try it again, I'm doing a long reformat to fat32 with 512 allocation size. I'll then go through the steps again. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

When it says '/SDCARD', it just means the root of your sd card where you put the .m4a file
