I found a 3DS XL as low as 170$ right off the bat on ebay, like I said before don't look for the ones that state 4.5 in the title.

Look at the release date.




I also found a bunch for less than 170$, there are tons of them.

copyright 2012 is a good indicator, but you definitely need to check the serial as well. plenty of 2012 3ds xl's will come with 5.1
