Misc 2101-0001 bricking console

I have a switch lite and when I used a Nintendo brand charger while in use my system displayed a black screen with a wall of text showing ERROR 2101-0001 and displayed that screen until it ran out of power. Thankfully I had a second switch on hand from my brother and used that until the same error occurred on that one. now I just have 2 bricks and can't decide whether or not to send them into Nintendo/repair shop. I have installed no hacks to either. I also use that same charger to charge my phone often and haven't seen any issues with that. Any help is appreciated


EDIT 1: I followed the instructions from Nintendo on their website. However my Switches will not charge at all to get to that point.

Very likely is the PD control IC m92t36 issue, you have tons of repair video about this error code from search
