I genuinely wish that people that are stupid enough to not read the description and just bid anyway should get their comeuppance from things like this.

the buyer's just not going to pay him when they realize it's just the box.
i know it's stupid of the buyer to not have read the description, but it's really not a big deal.
just contact the seller saying he doesn't want to pay for the box.
it's not like they legally have to pay for it just because they won the bid.
eBayA bid or purchase on eBay is considered a contract and you’re obligated to purchase the item.

I wish fake bidders were forced to actually buy; it's considered a contract in eBay's eyes, after all. The same goes for people who don't read the description. If they bid and win, they buy.
