Just chiming in that I have also done just about all these things and have had no success. Black screens, freezing at "booting game", returning to Wii menu. My game works in Dolphin but not on the system.- Kevbotty

Recently the backlight option in the X+Y menu hasn't been showing up. I have both "The New NTR CFW" and "NTR CFW" (I don't know what the difference is; they seem to do the same thing. Homebrew Mod to speed gather animation in MH?
It drives me crazy. It's just so slow. It almost makes me not want to gather any materials in Monster Hunter. Is there a mod that exists or anything to increase the speed of the animation? Or am I going to have to start learning modding for myself?- Kevbotty

Thank you for the step-by-step! So I will still have access to cfw (but more importantly gm9) after the transfer? Otherwise I wouldn't be able to restore the backup, I'm assuming. So I just click and drag the sysnand .bin file onto the sd card and I have all my cfw and other things back (aside from game files)? I haven't seen a definitive way of doing a nand restore, so I'm assuming you just put the file onto the card- Kevbotty

This error has shown up a few times and I'm not sure what to do about it. It only happens when I launch The New NTR CFW twice (accidentally) or try to play something on the libRetro PCSX.
