When i try to install a package over pkg linker it gives me a 404 error on the ps3 i tried searching it up online but I dont see anyone get this issue.

before 11.3 I was able to use the homebrew launcher cia before the 11.3 update now after it I cant use it anymore its keep giving me an error has occurred I updated my payloads too by the way I'm on a n3ds

I have a 2ds 11.2 and I am using oothax and when I go to install stickerhax it goes to a yellow screen I have a cartridge version btw also I remove the cartridge when I get into the homebrew launcher and switch it witch sticker star then load up stickerhax
I had emunand,menuhax,and ctrbootmanager for months without a problem but then all of a sudden my 3ds doesn't want to boot into it anymore it just loads into sysnand.The sd card works fine because it doesn't act like a sd card isn't there it just boots into sysnand.And I knowe noone on this site...
