    I'm sure there is nothing wrong with disk writer 1.05 but do use the latest 1.06 http://filetrip.net/dl?uw9SemgpM3 Try formatting the card via windows and reformatting with disk writer. Then load your roms again see if that helps.

    Appreciate your opinions and I think which is a better card depends on your need really, which maybe I didn't stress enough on the video. I have another 3ds with an older firmware and I have also ordered a gateway, so I will give it a try so I can do a proper comparison video.

    Have you tried RegionFrii, you can patch the games to at the region you want... not sure if that will resolve the refresh rates issue. Worth trying if you haven't already.... I don't see what else you can do other than changing the region of you wii.
