@RocketRobz just letting you know that Zelda Spirit Tracks EUR Rev 1 (CRC 4f9e66f0) does not work properly due to anti-piracy.
EUR Rev 0 (CRC 84aa2400), USA Rev 0 (CRC 38392357) and USA Rev 1(CRC319a13e5) work fine.
I will list here all the official Joy-Cons I have tested with this software:

Thanks, that made the trick on my 2nd Switch (Atmosphere 16.0.2).
Still, I didn't have to edit anything in my 1st Switch (Atmosphere 16.0.1), it reads carts just fine.
Thanks, much clear now.
So now it is needed to download them separately from OP's Github and merge them in the SD card, isn't it? (2 packs, "FS and Acid" and "ES")
To join 4gb chunks into 1 xci file:
rename all files the same (except the extension), put them in the same folder and open a command line window and type:
copy /b chunks_name* whatever_name_you_want.xci
xci is a 1:1 copy of the cartridge, something like full iso.
nsp will only dump the game...
Everything was fine on the SD card.
I opened the Switch and found out that the SD reader connector moves a little bit everytime the SD card is inserted/ejected.
Put some double-side tape under the SD reader to firmly stick it to the console, and some more tape to stick that squared-black-rubbery...
Got an unpatched 2nd hand Switch which is showing the "Error: cannot intialize the sd card" message after injecting the payload.
Guess I have to open it and check on those connectors?
By the way, SD card is recognised on OFW.
Oh, I see... Thanks for the explanation.
Yes, I don't want to load CFW on physical eMMC, one of my units got banned recently, don't want to risk the other :P
Thanks.
What about if I copy "sd/Nintendo" folder into... let's say... "sd/emuMMC/RAW2/Nintendo", and then redirects to that path only for dumping purposes? Would that work?
@DarkMatterCore
When emuMMC is enabled, is it only possible to access "sd/emuMMC/RAW1/Nintendo" folder to dump updates and DLCs?
Not possible to dump Iegally purchased content from "sd/Nintendo" folder?
