Gaming Anyone checked out Tribe's Ascend yet?

If you like fps's at all you should at least try this game. Tribes is a projectile focused fps game (very little hitscan) focused around a "skiing" mechanic, which lets you disable friction. Combine this with a jetpack and many hills, and you can get to very high speeds. The game is Free to...

Hacking Has GBAEMU's source code been released yet?

The SNES emulators code was released, but it doesn't seem like the GBA emulator's was. I would have expected that to happen now, so we start working on improving it... Anyone have any details onwhen this is going to happen?

    Hacking Which one?

    1. There is nothing wrong with the DSTWO's audio, some SNES and GBA games have glitchy sounds, but that's due to the emulators. 2. Nah, it's not worth it. Unlike other cards, the DSTWO can update itself even in a DSi that is incompatible with it (v.1.4 or 1.4.1). Besides, you're using a DSlite...

    Hacking Which one?

There are a couple more reasons I recommended DSTWO. Referring to TC's first post: 1. NDSSFC (supercards snes emulator) is much easier to configure, and short of the audio, has better combatibility. 2. TC wants a cart with the best emulation capabilities, which is the supercard due to it's...

    Hacking Which one?

No you won't need SNEmulDS, the DSTWO has a better emulator designed for it. I'm not sure why trumpet is recommending the "acekard+3 in 1" for SNES emulation over the card that has a native SNES emulator... Possible fanboyism? Also, I would recommend a 4 or 8 gig microSD, 8 if you want to put a...

Hacking Any reason not to buy a Supercard DSTwo?

I really don't get how you think DSTWO isn't user friendly . All I do is select a game to play it, and then I just have to press R+L+X (my combo) if I want to open the realtion menu. What's complicated about that?

    Hacking Some advice needed

Since your cart is that old, upgrading to a new one wouldn't be a bad idea. Here are the main recomended ones: Supercard DSTWO $35 The deluxe card. It has virtually perfect NDS rom compatibility (most games don't require patching), Realtime functions that work very well (save, cheats, etc.)...
