Hacking Stretched display on region-freed wads?

After I change a wad's region from PAL to NTSC-U, and run the game, the display is stretched below my TV's display.

Is there a way to fix this? Is it something to do with my softmod setup, cIOS, Method for region channging, etc.?

Using:
IOS249, NTSC-U Wii, Firmware 4.2, Softmod via BannerBomb, Wad Manager 1.7, Wad region changed with FreeTheWads GUI
