Havve played many PS2 Games, bought me a ps3, is there away to transfer the savegames from PS2 to PS3?

thx in advance

Solution
1st,
to even PLAY ps2 game on a ps3
you must have a ps3 with BC,
ps3 SLIM CAN NOT PLAY ps2 game
you need a 20gb/60gb 1gen ps3 (the 1st type of ps3 that came out)
or
older 80gb (with 4usb and memory card slots)

ANY ps3 should be able to make a Virtual ps2 memory card
to get your save off your ps2 memory card, you need the Memory card Adapter

Here you are. A cheap PS3 memory card adapter.

Works for PS1 and PS2 memory cards.

You put the memory card in, create a virtual memory card on your PS3, then transfer from the real memory card to the virtual one.

I often use this when playing PS1 games on my PSP.
So if I play it on the PS2 and then want to transfer the save to the PSP, I use the PS3 as the the bridge.
