Hi, I recently ordered and tested the SanDisk SDDR-121-A11M because the first post says that it works. It looks like they have changed the chipset since you last tested it because mine looks different. It does not work with the N3DS Toshiba eMMC. I can also confirm that the Realtek RTS5158 (http://omega-computer.eu/en/omega-universal-card-reader-micro-sdhc-125.html) does work with the N3DS Toshiba eMMC.
Heard you do the NAND mod for the 3ds. I have a old 3DS XL and i want to get a USB NAND mod done to it so i can restore it back down to 4.x. I still have my 4.x nand. How much will it cost me and to ship i am in the states in CA
Hi Avalynn, I was wondering if you could help me with a NAND hardmod on a original 3DS. Please shoot me a message, and let me know what you need, and how this will work. I have a NAND backup for firmware 4.5.
Hey, i would like to have my o3ds nand modded. Can you please PM me the details about getting it done? Also could you please send a few photos of your previous work?
So it's $10 for the Nand mod? Or are there other payments or such? I need mine hardmodded, considering I updated and have a nand copy of 9.2. If you can, thanks! Also PM if you'd like if we can talk about it.
@SylverReZ, in my experience, I wouldn't say I am an audiophile because to me MP3s seem fine, frequency cut off but good enough lol although in my laundry list of freak gifts... Is the ability to hear frequencies beyond what anyone else I have ever met... I max out hearing tests with shocked looks from the Drs, sad part is I can hear frequencies much higher.
@Psionic Roshambo, As somebody who has listened to music over everything, I prefer some good quality headphones that can output the sharpest audio. I listen to my music mostly with WAVE or FLAC files, with MP3s I can tell the difference straight away by the compression artifacts.
@Psionic Roshambo, MP3s were designed to be as small as possible, so that they can be shared on the internet. WAVE files were more bigger in size and would take hours to upload back in the day.
Sorry about the comment, I joined the forum to talk to you and some other Modders, and can't PM people yet
I am planning to hardmod a n3DS XL using the plethora of guides available, but really wanted to try your awesome solution of allowing charging and NAND access, toggled by a switch, and using all 5 pins of a micro-usb port.
