    found a 3ds on 1.1 u firmware for 120 bucks i wonder if should pick it up?

    There is no advantage having 1.1. Anything less than 9.3 is good. If you do get it, don't update past 4.5, you don't have a browser on that firm and you can't use carts to get it.
