hi guys , i have a o3dsXL and after install arm9loader i notice that some games started to have drop in the framerate (Like The legend of Zelda Ocarina Of Time 3D , Kirby Planet Robobot and others...) the menus is a bit slower too , someone know what is going on ??

The Arm9loader is present since FW 9.0 or something, you can't install the already present arm9loader, you probably mixed it up with the exploit said arm9loader has been exploited in the past, namely arm9loaderhax.
the presence of the haxx payloads in the firm partition do not infringe with the console's performance in any way.
also arm9loaderhax is patchable and kinda outdated since the bootrom exploit was discovered. I'd recommend visiting 3ds.guide and switching over to boot9strap instead.
It's probably because you updated your firmware. 3DS 11.3 or 11.4 I think it was introduced lag in certain games, specifically OoT3D and some others. Luma introduced fixes for it, but they don't fix the problem completely.
That might help, newer Luma versions probably have better fixes for the lag issue.
