Homebrew DSi questions (DSi enhanced etc.)

Hey hey people.
I recently got a DSi XL in my hands running 1.4.3E firmware - European obviously.

I got a little interested in what can and can't I do with this system. I can run Acekard 2i on it if it has the latest firmware for it, though now I have the hybrid from NTRhack so it won't boot on DSi anymore. I also have a R4i Gold RTS - which works on 3DS systems and my DSi as well.

My questions are:
Am I low enough for any hacks on DSi? I think having a modded 3DS most of things I want would be rather easier on my N3DS than the DSi XL. My other question is ability to run DSi enhanced Roms with the DSi enhancements on the DSi; With either the acekard or R4i Gold RTS.

This is just curiosity for me, so I will not be in huge downfall to depression if neither is available to me.

Both the Acekard and R4i Gold RTS are DS-mode flashcards like most are, so the DSi-enhanced ROMs will only run in DS mode.
nds-bootstrap, which runs DS roms from SD card, and the backend of SRLoader and TWLoader, may be able to run DSi-enhanced ROMs in DSi mode in the future.
If your DSi has Flipnote Studio, an exploit for it is coming soon, and you'll be able to use SRLoader on it.

It does have flipnote studio indeed, so that is good I guess. I keep it not updated for now, not like I need eShop on it or anything. Exciting and as far as I know 3DS hacking is indeed behind these things for DSi.

I was reading some weird stuff about YSmenu and checking so even knowing the carts are DS mode only I wanted to make sure by just asking here, where people who know usually post instead of google which hits people who do not even know saying all kinds of things.

BTW, what all can HiyaCFW do? More or less same as Luma for 3DS so I guess you cannot package a DS rom into DSi game and play that - I mean if it was that easy we would already be doing that on 3DS so... Yeah, I will be on lookout, thanks for the heads up.

For Now I been mostly enjoying DS games on XL screens. DS games look quite poor on 3DS - probably best is 1 to 1 pixel ratio mode on 3DS XL which more or less looks and is same as playing on normal DS or lite. DSi XL looks quite fine indeed, especially for games like Chrono trigger.

Oh wait, lol, flipnotehax, now known as ugopwn, is already out (only for USA consoles, though).
RocketLauncher and HiyaCFW are the ones coming soon, and again, no exact date.

You can run DSi ware, but no DSi enhanced roms. You would need a cyclods ievolution for that and it supports only ~50% of the PROPER DSi enhanced ROMs out there.
