Yes you can. You can download *.pkg files of almost all reasonably well known PS3 games and their DLCs directly from Sony's PSN.

Why not buy it?
If you want to play a Switch Dump you could wait till Piracy is possible on NS: In 2,3,4,whatever Years there will be releases avaiable nearly everywhere

Why? You can't do nothing with all dumps. They are only for educational and reasearch purposes right now. Try looking on the dark web or a place that begins with "Dark" for them and is the only clue i'm giving.

I'm not after the dump for piracy purposes jeez the dumps only contain the files of the game at the moment which I am on the need for.
I did buy the game dummy i've spent at least several days on it. Spending several days on the actual game won't teach me about its inner secrets.

well isn't it a miracle that i'm not after the dump for that reason why must i be lambasted for simply wanting to look inside some files to learn stuff? i did it with the old splatoon, and I bought that and the sequel. But they could hold secrets, ones that i need to know.

along with being able to futureproof myself so i can have these files and never have to worry again

Because you're breaking site rules for asking where to find said games. Regardless of how you try to justify it (looking at assets, etc.), its still piracy and still not allowed on gbatemp forums.
