JUST WAIT FOR A NEW ENTRYPOINT, THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT.
Good luck waiting for that to happen when all the developers and hackers moved on to the Switch.

imeant the hardmodder has a hard modded system on 5.5.1 and they use it to install haxchi on the 5.5.2 wiiu the 5.5.2 DOES NOT need to be hardmoddedhonestly, the cost of the game on top of the hard modding would tip the balance for people getting another base system ona lower FW.....now if system transfers work and can indeed send modded game content which is kinda likely, I would say a more promising solution would be using a emunand setup to avoid the source console being bricked once the game is transferred, thus negating the need for the hardmod.......that or a new cfw that blocks the system from finalising the system format once the system transfer finishes.....either way I guess the idea could be tested out in a safe environment by using people with hardmods, but hopefully if the final idea works out the hardmod requirement would be on par with 3DS users being recommended to be prepared to hardmod to recover if something messes up but not being "required"
do u have a wiiu on 5.5.1 that has been hardmodded?Personally, I would love for a good reason for me to do hardware dumping (I hate the term "hardmod" because this is not a hardware modification, but a hardware assistance).
I believe that many great devs already have other undisclosed exploits waiting to be utilized, but those devs have already moved on to better things. The Wii U is, for all intents and purposes, dead.
NO!!! No one has a "hardmodded" wii u. Stupid question.do u have a wiiu on 5.5.1 that has been hardmodded?
kafluke used to have one so did some othersNO!!! No one has a "hardmodded" wii u. Stupid question.
Oh, really? What was the modchip used? Just because they used some kind of hardware to read or write flash data it does not make it a hardmod.kafluke used to have one so did some others
Trust me, there are enough devs for exploiting a bugGood luck waiting for that to happen when all the developers and hackers moved on to the Switch.
not a full hardmod but they were able to dump the nand and other parts plusdoes a hardmodded 3ds have a mod chipOh, really? What was the modchip used? Just because they used some kind of hardware to read or write flash data it does not make it a hardmod.
Yeah, it gets ruined by twats which come here to shit on people. I never was this disappointed in Wii U community, jesus fuck.Man, what a toxic community. On-topic: I can't help test since I have CBHC on latest firmware. (I forgot the exact numbers). I really hope this works out and we get a new exploit!
NO!!! No one has a "hardmodded" wii u. Stupid question.
It's not stickied yet. Just search for it.yeah, hard modding the wii u is possible. @Kafluke has a guide on how to do it. it's been stickied I believe, so it's easy to find on here.
i do not want to share it as my one wish with this is for it to not go on wiiu.guide a horrible horrible copy paste guide and @Kafluke and @Felek666 both know what the exploit is and what it is based aroundSimply change the thread title and remove the word "exploit" and everybody happy. Also I suggest you post all the ideas you have, Nintendo is not gonna do anything about it, people who already updated (accidentally) like me to 5.5.2 are super screwed already.
So again, just share everything you have, so a knowledgeable dev can tell you NOPE not possible or YES it might work, etc.
Cheers and I disagree with some other people in this thread, Gbtemp is a GREAT community, believe me, you guys are awesome (been in others).
yes and a hardmodded wiiu on 5.5.1 or a freind who has a wiiu on 5.5.1 who does not want or care about homebrewWill this require a DSVC
