Sorry for the double post.. I looked around and couldn't find the answer.. Since I'm still on 11.3.0-36U, do I stay like that, or update? I'm not currently banned, but I also can't play online (MK7 for example, or access the shop w/o updating).
I was on duty (cop) and talking with kids on side of the road and a car came towards us. I pushed one of the kids out of the way and I was hit by the oncoming car. That's the quick version lol.
I had a similar issue but mine was a hardware failure. So I sent it in to Nintendo UK which are so incompetant that they didnt even notice it had A9LH.
